Altisma Way - Bathroom Remodeling Project

This project required close coordination with the HOA, as the unit was located in an apartment complex and any water shutoffs impacted neighboring tenants. We were given two windows—just 1–2 hours each across two days—to complete all necessary plumbing reorientation for the shower and vanity. While we followed protocol by notifying tenants and working with property management, the limited access and the client's tight timeline made for a uniquely challenging project. Despite the constraints, we completed the remodel within budget in just 2.5 weeks, and the client was very pleased with the final result.
